About Loretta Chee
Loretta Chee graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology in 1985. After receiving a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1988, Dr. Chee has been practicing family, pediatric, and general dentistry in Orange County.
Her gentle and careful approach to dental care has resulted in many of her pediatric patients continuing to enjoy her expertise as adults. With a solid commitment to staying current with the newest dental techniques and approaches, Dr. Chee broadens her knowledge by taking ongoing Continuing Education classes.
When not at the office, Dr. Chee can be found helping out in her church. She loves to read, ski, and travel as well as enjoy good food with friends and family.

We realize that there is no such thing as a universal treatment, so we never use a one-size-fits-all approach to your dental plan.
Meet Our Team
Tara Hoang
Tara grew up in Alhambra, CA. After graduating from UCLA in Art History, she relocated to the East Coast to attain her Masters in Radiation Physics. When she returned to Southern California, Tara earned her dental hygiene degree at Cypress College and has been a dental hygienist for more than 15 years.
She loves to spend time with her nieces and nephew, whether going to the movies or browsing antique shops. One of her favorite things to do is collecting mid-century furniture. On most weekends, she goes hiking with friends. Her passion in life is to help people who are in need—she continually offers her dental services to children at orphanages in Cambodia and members of minority groups in the rural areas of China. Her other joy in life is visiting countries and people around the world with her family.
Katie Worley
Katie started as a dental assistant in 2001 and became an R.D.A, working as an assistant until she graduated from hygiene school in 2008. Since then, she has been practicing as an R.D.H. Katie likes developing relationships with patients and educating them about their oral health. Helping her patients maintain a healthy, clean mouth makes her feel accomplished.
She grew up in Camarillo, CA where she enjoys spending time with her three kids. Katie also loves going to Disneyland. Her passion and joy in life come from focusing her time and resources on what brings her happiness. She has a lot of love for her family and enjoys trying new things, discovering foods, and learning skills.
Dee Dee Welch
Dee Dee is a native of California who has worked for more than 34 years as a hygienist after graduating from Loma Linda’s Dental School of Hygiene. She has known Dr. Chee for more than 18 years. Dee Dee has an enthusiastic, friendly and caring approach to her patients and their dental hygiene.
She understands that she is instrumental in improving the health of her patients, and she enjoys getting to know them and their families throughout the years. Dee Dee finds joy and purpose when she makes a positive change to other people’s lives. In her free time, she enjoys participating in Bible study sessions with friends, yoga classes, and traveling near and far with her family.
Judy Mori
Judy is the brain and heart of the back office, and she has been in the dental field for more than 35 years. Being a person who loves food, she engages patients in conversations about mouthwatering dishes during their appointments. She loves getting to know patients, welcoming them to our dental family, and helping them overcome any anxiety they may have about their dental visit.
She grew up in Monterey Park and settled in Fountain Valley after she married. In her spare time, Judy’s passions include her family and love of animals. She loves spending time with family and friends, having backyard get-togethers, barbecuing, taking road trips, gardening, trying new restaurants, and looking after her pets. If she could, Judy would love to see all dogs rescued and find forever homes.
Quynh Ngyuen
Quynh—known to her friends and patients as Quinn—grew up in Temecula, where she decided to become a dental assistant after previously working as a hospice pharmacy technician. As soon as she finishes her dental hygiene degree, Quynh will return to our practice as a hygienist. She appreciates getting to know her patients and building a strong relationship with them as well as educating them about oral care and seeing their progress.
She finds joy in her life knowing that people can trust her, seeing them feel good about themselves, and building their confidence through her dedication to their oral care. When she’s away from the office, Quynh loves to spend time outdoors—hiking, traveling, reading, shopping, and bonding with her nieces.
Terrea Kennedy
R.D.A., Front Office
Terrea—or T—grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and has been an RDA for more than a year. In the dental world, she has found her passion in the front office. She loves interacting with patients and enjoys making them feel at home with her bubbly and caring personality. Seeing people leave the dentist's office confidently with beautiful smiles makes her job worthwhile every day.
She loves traveling and spending time with her family in her free time. As her primary source of joy in life is motherhood, along with continually giving to others, she takes the time to make sure every patient feels like part of the family as soon as they step in the office.
